Include your iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened. Because the app collects nothing, we cannot see your session — your description is all we have, and we read every message.
Where are my files? Everything lives inside the app on your device. Use Share/Save on any file to put a copy in Files, Photos, or another app. Deleting the app deletes its private copies.
Does the trial renew? No. The 1-day pass is a one-time purchase. When it ends, nothing is charged unless you choose Lifetime or Monthly yourself.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone? Open the purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID.
Why does the app ask for camera or photo access? The camera scans documents; photo access adds pictures you choose to a PDF. Both are optional, and what they capture stays on the device.
